SmartHubIQ
Continuous current and vibration monitoring for critical machines — over its own cellular connection, never on the plant network.
How it works
Your electrician installs the SmartHubIQ Edge Gateway's current sensor on one conductor inside the machine's electrical cabinet, at a scheduled stop or under your plant's safety procedures, with no splicing or rewiring. A vibration sensor mounts magnetically on the motor. The gateway measures current draw and vibration continuously, then sends summaries over its own cellular connection to the SmartHubIQ platform. You see alerts and a dashboard updated every 15 minutes. Nothing touches your plant network.
- SmartHubIQ Edge Gateway on the machine
- Cellular (LTE) → SmartHubIQ platform
- Alerts and dashboard for your team
What a free 14-day pilot shows
During the pilot you see, for each monitored machine:
- Run time and idle time
- Load (current draw over time)
- Stop count and stop patterns
- Estimated energy consumption
- Stop alerts by text or email
Early-warning alerts based on each machine's own normal behavior begin after a 7–14 day learning period.
Who it's for
SmartHubIQ is built for manufacturers who run critical machines and cannot afford unplanned downtime:
- CNC / Tool & Die — spindles, coolant pumps, hydraulic units
- Woodworking — dust collection systems, wide-belt sanders, moulders
- Injection Molding — hydraulic presses, chiller pumps, conveyors
